Shipping
We charge a flat shipping rate of £3.50 regardless of order size. We ship the majority of small parcels via Royal Mail, using other couriers for those over 2kg.
Please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery. Where possible we will provide dispatch and tracking information, though this is not always available.
Please ensure the chosen delivery address is correct during checkout – In any instance we can not accept liability for supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed, lost or misrouted orders.
Cancelling or amending an order
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please e-mail contactus@badgersgames.co.uk with your order number and amendments or cancellation wish and we will cancel/amend as necessary.
If you’ve received dispatch notification, please still do contact as there is a small window in which we can cancel the order before it is collected by the courier. After this point amendment becomes impossible, and cancellation would have to be processed as a return (see below).
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order. If you wish to do this, please contact us via email stating your order number and return the item(s) in the same condition as delivered. Delivery/return cost is non-refundable, unless the item(s) arrived damaged, or not as described.
Regardless, if there’s an issue with your order, let us know.. Sadly we’ve all received sub-par goods or service at some point and not followed it up to avoid the hassle. We’d much rather you let us know (via Facebook or e-mail), and we’ll do our very best to make it right.
